Trail family

Tramily – noun; a collection of vagabonds brought together by the trail who, as such, find they somehow belong together. A forged family. 
The truth is: without the careful guidance of Magic Mike, the compassion and care of American Mudcake, the generosity and positivity of Boo, the puntastic wit and tenacity of Cheesus, the sassiness and cuddliness of French Ninja, the calming presence and medical expertise of Medicine Man and the colourful courage of Aurora B, we never would have made it through the Sierras in one piece and with our sanity intact. 
Here we are pictured on top of Muir Pass, laughing, and if you were lucky enough to meet us this is how you’d find us, laughing (when we weren’t crying). Day 75 ~ laughter is the best… medicine.
