Sept 19 day 117 camped mile 1958.4 near Elk Lake Resort hiked 28.4 miles today.
Another day with fine weather. Headed out just before sunrise. It was cold! Enjoyed the rolling terrain and lots of small lakes and ponds. Decided to get a meal at Elk Lake Resort. It was a bit of a push but I did make it. Met a couple of other hikers. Enjoyed an expensive but delicious burger fries and a couple of good beers. It was all worth it.
